NMHS Names Marlatt Chief Marketing Officer
TUPELO, Mississippi—North Mississippi Health Services recently welcomed Kim Marlatt as chief marketing officer for the health system.
Marlatt has more than 25 years of experience as a strategic marketing and communications executive. She comes to Tupelo from Florida, where she most recently served as vice president of marketing and sales for InnovaCare Partners in Orlando. Prior to that, she spent nine years with BayCare, the largest health care system in the Tampa Bay area, first as regional marketing director and then as system marketing director.
From 2003-2011, Marlatt directed marketing and planning for Georgia Health Science University (now Augusta University) and MCG Health System.

Marlatt holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Oklahoma Christian University in Oklahoma City and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in Athens.
She and her husband, Tim, live in Tupelo and have three children— Jessica (Gary), Andrew (Lauren) and Decker. She also has four grandchildren, whom she adores, and a 13-year-old Yorkshire terrier.
