Patient satisfaction and quality of care are important at all North Mississippi Health Services locations. Our staff works to address patient complaints and grievances in a timely manner and to improve the service provided to patients.
Patients or their representatives who have a complaint or grievance or would like to express concerns about their care and safety while in the hospital may contact Careline at (662) 377-2273.
Patients whose complaints or grievances are not resolved to their satisfaction may request a review by the following organizations:
