After receiving services at a North Mississippi Health Services hospital or clinic, you may receive a patient survey. One way we measure how well we serve our patients’ needs is surveys. Our organization uses Press Ganey to identify opportunities for improvement in patient safety, quality and patient-centered care. If you receive a survey, we encourage you to complete it.
If at anytime during your hospital stay, clinic visit or other health care offering you are not totally satisfied with your stay or level of service, please ask to speak someone to discuss your concerns. This could be a charge nurse or nurse manager in the hospital setting or an office manager in the clinic setting.
