Education During Your Hospital Stay with MyChart

Inpatient App Features: Education

Understanding care can be daunting, but within your inpatient dashboard from the MyChart app, you can complete education assignments from your care team to help you better manage your care.  

Education is assigned based on what you need as a patient and can include topics from medical devices to ways to manage conditions and care.  

First, open your MyChart app and click into your hospital stay dashboard. At the bottom of the page, there is a main menu. Click on “Education.”

Here, you’ll find a list of courses or content assigned to you by your care team. You will be able to acknowledge having completed the information.

Remember, if you have questions about the content or the care you’re being provided, talk to a member of your care team. Our goal is to help you thoroughly understand every aspect of your diagnosis and treatment. 

Don't Have MyChart Yet?

If you are not already a MyChart user, this page walks you through downloading the app and gaining access to the dashboard.

You will only be able to view "My Hospital Stay" on the MyChart mobile app. This view is not available on the webpage version of MyChart (i.e., Chrome or Edge browser).
