Full-Time Non Benefited Compensation Plan
NMHS also offers a Full-Time Non-Benefited Compensation Plan option that allows for more flexibility and choice in your total rewards package. With this option, you’ll receive a 20% increase to your hourly rate of pay in exchange for benefit eligibility.
